From a marketing point of view,I'd love to see the Reds have a namechange to the WA Magpies and have some sort of association with the Magpies club in Sydney. If this occured, perhaps the West Tigers could become the Balmain Campbelltown Tigers. At least you would get decent representation of both of these great clubs. I think the NRL deserves to have a Magpies team in its makeup!

they are still on sale, they aren't through ticketek they are Rocky Venues and Events. Try the rlwc08.com homepage and go to the tickets page and the number shopuld be there. You can order online but i couldn't work it out, much easier to ring.

Well, C grade Licensed are the only tickets still available to the final. All other categories are either sold out, or single seats only. Shouldn't be long until its totally sold out. Now lets hope the Semi starts selling better.

Just bought 6 tickets to Aust V England game on November 2nd. They are selling very well.

These are the PAX numbers from tickets I bought on the 21st June:

Brisbane Semi - 4078

Tonga v Ireland - 203

Samoa v Tonga - 271 (Although it is Southern Hill GA #504)

Fiji v France - 393 (Hill GA #2010)

Ireland v Samoa - 197

 
I hope these PAX numbers aren't total sales for each game because they seem very low.
 

Did you buy your tickets on here and is it easy to do so

Buying tickets through Ticketek.com is fairly easy. You can either print them out at home, get them mailed to you, or pick them up from the venue. 

I bought my tickets at a Ticketek outlet in New Zealand as I didn't have to pay postage - but it was probably harder than purchasing them on the net as the guy had no idea what he was doing and didn't even know they could sell me tickets through Ticketek Australia until I told him.

 

So stick with Ticketek.com and you should have no problems

Looks like you are going to some awesome games! What a World Cup it is going to be, I'm gutted I can't go but will see all the games still. Samoans look good don't they? I wonder when the merchandise is gonna be on sale, I hope the tickets sell well anyone else got ticket updates?

Just phoned Ticketek and about 300 tickets remain for Cup Final. Their maybe more available at a later date if package deals allocations come back.
