I hope he is looking at some of this board suggestions because i have a couple he might want to consider. First of all i have to say the crowd at the test match was remarkable, and we need to take our hats off to sydney supporters for standing up and delivering.

I have been looking at some comments about what the fans were saying about the game, and one that stands out is the home grounds, i think we need to update these grounds and give the fans back there tribalisium. We need to encourage memberships for the clubs and if they take a leaf out of the bronco's books they will be alot better off.,,,,,,,,,,, The bronco's membership's have tickets for their home games along with some merchandise and also ! through in tickets for the origin games so you get a chioce of having those seats at the game.

Now if the sydney clubs offered the same deal for their memberships then you would have no chance of not selling out the stadium. Memberships are the cheapest way for fans to enjoy the game. And it also helps support the game regardless of weather you turn up or not.

Another area that needs to be looked at is the day-time games, and alot of fans have mentioned this and it makes sense to me, we need to bring back as many day games as we can, now i am not saying all teams would like this, but there are some in sydney that need to have their games played in the day, just to encourage the families, the bronco's love their night games along with the fans so they could have most their games at night, the stadium is easy to get to with good public transport to and from, they have the roads blocked off for the fans to get to the transport links.

Upgrading of the clubs facilities like the manly sea eagles are doing is the best way to go, and give the choice to the clubs for the times to play their games.? The fans are telling the admin what they want, they need to start listening.

Finally have to say that this world cup is going to be close, very close, england looks good, kiwi's have stood up to be counted, and Sonny Bill Williams was my man of the match last night, he is head and shoulders the best forward in the game and i hope he stays with league and does not go to union.

If he wants more money, then the dogs should give him more, he is worth every cent, Sam Thaiday and Hoffman from the storm make up the top 3 along with garreth ellis from england. Cant wait to see him at the tigers.

for example the 5 nations comment, many people have made similar ideas on here and other forums. I for one would like to see a 6Nations where all teams have to qualify. I've gone through it beofre but here it is again.

2013 - WC
2014 - Regional champiuonships
2015 - World 6 Nations
2016 - WC Qualifying
2017 - WC

Now regional championships is split into, europe, oceania and atlantic. All operate on tier systems, europe would look something like this:

T1: England, France, Wales, Ireland, Scotland
T2: Russia, Serbia, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic
T3: Malta, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Greece

etc. etc.

Now the finalists of the euro and oceania championships get auto qualification into the W6N. The other 2 places go to the Winner of these games: Euro 3 Vs ATL 1 and OC 3 Vs ATL 2.

So technically Atlantic could have 2 nations along with europe and oceania in the W6N.

Atlantic would consist of every nation outside of europe and oceania, including lebanon.

Also the W6N would serve as a WC qualifing process, all 6 that make it to the W6N get entry into the WC aswell.

Ofcourse this would just be the spine of the 4 year cycle, tours and one off game and tournaments etc. could be organised around this schedule.

Also a 3 team World Club Challenge consisting of NRL and ESL winner along with a qualifier from a "best of the rest" tournament where the winner of every top grade comp in every country could enter. Ofcourse would not always be affordable for teams without too much money, but they could go every 2 or 3 years, just leave it on a nomination basis.

I would like to see the NRL shortened by 2 rouns to make way for a International weekend. the reason for 2 is so that each match-up is done twice with each team getting a home game. Leave it up to the countries who they want to play and any country that wants in gets a game. Could look something like this:

Australia V NZL
England V France
Wales V South Africa
Russia V USA
Ireland V Scotland
Japan V South Korea
Tonga Vs Samoa
PNG V Fiji
Serbia V Czech Republic
Italy V Germany
Lebanon V UAE

etc. etc.

I am sure there are some that read these forums... not sure if its Colin himself, but I think there is someone looking. The issue has always been money. I think that once some cash is made from this WC then more can go into the development of the game at an international level.

Your European tiers... I woudl not have them as they are, there are some current lopsided teams... I think the current europen tier system has it preety much right.

T1: England, France, Ireland, Wales, Scotland

T2: Russia, Lebanon, Serbia

T3: Germany, Czechs, Italy

T4: Estonia, Latvia Ukraine

T5: The rest.

it does'nt have to be as complicated,more games in all already full season or inclusive are a 5 or 6 nations comp which will see half of the decent nations not involved..

the easiest format for all the nations to be involved,right down to the likes of serbia would be a EURO CUP > NORTHERN HEMISPERE 4 NATIONS > WORLD CUP & PACIFIC CUP > SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE 4 NATIONS > WORLD CUP....
