And again I think what the issue in the end was that he saw what happened to Moi Moi and figured oh sweet I can play for lebanon and then swap over to Aus... and then he had the ban, which was bad in itself... but then he was told if you play for lebanon that he cannot play for Aus which is not what he thought... basicall there is an us and them rule that applies.
Consistency is what is needed. You have that and most aspects of the int game will improve immensely, particularly in the Pac Is as these teams will start to weild very competitive sides.
From what I have seen, the Europeans do not have these issues, their players choose a country and stick with it, through thick and thin.
