Can someone confirm where I can find the following information:
The Points System: How much for a win, a draw and a loss...any bonus points? My guess is that it is the usual 2, 1 and 0 (no bonus points) system.
In the event of a Pool Tie (Teams equal on points in their pool): Teams I imagine are decided on Points Difference (For & Against) but if that is equal - then what?? Pool Results? Tries scored?
In the event of a draw at fulltime: Is there extra time? Golden point? or is the match declared a draw?
You'd think it'll be easy to find this info but I can't find it anywhere - not even on this official World Cup site!
