Don't know about used, but there are a few companies around that sell the jerseys. I think you'll find people will not want to depart with IRL jerseys.

I have been trying to find the current England 3 Lions Rugby League jersey for a few years now.  It's not stocked on the RFL's site.  A few copies of it were available on eBay.  The English 1995 Rugby League World Cup jersey was available on eBay, too.

Based on this, I think your best bet would be to look for the jerseys on eBay.
