Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.
2. A completed and signed Rugby League World Cup 2008 Corporate Hospitality booking form faxed to 02 89208 9932 or emailed to hospitality@rlwc08.com is required as proof of entry. Each booking form is in itself a binding contract and must be entered into according to the Terms and Conditions therein.
3. Valid entries must be received and validated by close of business (1700hr) on Friday 9 May 2008.
4. All employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition is open to Australian residents (except SA, permit pending).
6. The draw will take place on 12 May 2008 at 11am at 275 Alfred Street, North Sydney
7. The winner/s will be notified by telephone and /or email on Wednesday 14 May 2008.
8. The prize is one of five authentic Rugby League World Cup 2008 Australian Rugby League team jersey signed by team players (“the prize”) valued at $200 each.
9. If less than five (5) valid entries is received, the remaining prizes will be held for future promotions.
10. Each prize will be mailed to the respective winners within the four (4) weeks preceding the commencement of the Rugby League World Cup 2008 tournament (first match is 25 October 2008) due to the timing of team selection.
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.
12. The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The promoter is VBM International Pty Ltd ABN 64 128 391 533, 275 Alfred Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
14. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or death relating to acceptance and use of prizes by winners.
15. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.
