If you wish to invest in corporate hospitality at the Rugby League World Cup 2008, please follow these simple steps to securing your place at this historical event:
1. Download a booking form using the menu below. You can choose a booking form by the stadium you wish to visit or by the match that you wish to attend. You may need to download more than one form.
2. Make your selection. When choosing your matches and packages, please be sure to check the packaging rules as below.
3. Complete the booking form. Please select the game(s) that you wish to attend, the package(s) that you wish to purchase, and the number of guests in your party. Please indicate how you would like to pay.
4. Return the form to Corporate Hospitality. You can fax, email or post the form back to us using the details supplied on the form, or:

Packaging Rules:
1. Corporate Hospitality functions for the Final must be purchased as a two or three match package with one of the following matches, at the same hospitality level:
- Opening match at Sydney Football Stadium (26 October, 2008)
- Match 8 at Telstra Dome in Melbourne (2 November, 2008)
- Semi-Final 1 at Suncorp Stadium (15 November, 2008)
- Semi-Final 2 at Sydney Football Stadium (16 November, 2008)
Other Conditions:
- Tables of 8 and 12 will be considered deoending on venue limitations
- Should table bookings fall below 8, corporate table is signage may not be provided
2. Suites and Boxes must be purchased for all matches at that venue and in their entirety.
- Catering and service is additional and at the cost of the hirer.
- Suites and Boxes are available in a variety of seat configurations.
